Vehicle Payment Processor Remote role: Mon-Fri 7:00 - 3:30 CST

• Managing assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Making outbound calls to gather necessary information
• Calculate refunds and create corresponding refunds for customers
• Applying refunds and generating check requests
• Performing extensive data validation, and reviewing contracts - while maintaining high compliance
• Conduct data validation to ensure accounts are properly managed and ready to be handed off

Metrics

• Make 15-16 outbound calls per day to process early payments or questions about payments
• 450 minutes of productive work daily, achieve over 85% of daily tasks
• QA standards by maintaining 90% accuracy on 6 individual accounts per month
